1. Grace Yun Xia, Senior Director, Corporate Strategy and Development, Tencent
From its establishment in 1998, Tencent has been pivotal in revolutionising China’s digital landscape through its high-quality mobile games, social platforms, and content services. Just last year, it was named as one of the world’s largest public companies, joining the likes of tech giants Facebook, Apple, and Microsoft.
With over 10 years of experience managing the growth of tech startups and corporate ventures, Grace is a seasoned investment practitioner in the industry. She currently takes the lead in diversifying Tencent’s product portfolio by implementing effective marketing strategies as well as forging strategic partnerships and investments with high potential startups in the region.
Catch Grace at the Main Stage on Day 2 of the conference! She’ll be discussing how the M&A landscape is heating up.
2. Dietrich Ayala, Technical Evangelist, Mozilla Corporation
Mozilla’s mandate of keeping the internet accessible to all is communicated by Technical Evangelists like Dietrich. He takes an active role in ensuring that people are fully informed of the company, state of the web, and their flagship browser.
Before stepping into his current role, Dietrich was a front-end developer and engineering manager for Firefox, focusing on projects in optimising key browser features such as session restore, jetpack, and Places. He was also Project Manager of Firefox OS, Mozilla’s operating system for mobile phones and tablets that target smartphone users in developing countries.

Before joining SeedPlus, Tiang headed Evernote’s APAC market expansion back in 2012 when its local office opened in Singapore. Through his leadership, Evernote users in SEA grew from 1 million to more than 10 million in a span of three years.
